These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of Accify, the online GST billing, inventory and accounting software available at accify.in and as an installable app ("Accify", "the Service"). Accify is owned and operated by V&B Technologies, 216, Gateway Business Street, Opp. Shamdham Temple, Sarthana Jakat Naka, Surat – 395013, Gujarat, India ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Accify.
1. The Service
Accify lets businesses create GST invoices, quotations, purchase bills, delivery challans and payment records, manage stock and parties, and view reports. Features may be added, changed or removed from time to time to improve the Service.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
- The details you give us (name, mobile number, email, business details) must be true and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once at support@accify.in if you think your account has been misused.
- One account is meant for one business. You may let your staff use it, but you remain responsible for their actions.
3. Free trial and plans
- New accounts get a free trial of 14 days. No card or payment is needed for the trial.
- After the trial, a paid plan is needed to keep creating new records. Plan names, prices and what each plan includes are shown on our website and in the app on the Subscription page.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes are charged as shown at the time of payment.
- We may change prices for future periods. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for.
4. Payments
- Payments are made online through our payment partner (Razorpay) using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets, or by direct bank transfer / UPI to us.
- We do not see or store your full card or bank login details — these are handled securely by the payment partner.
- Your plan is activated once the payment is confirmed. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Your data and your responsibilities
- All business data you enter (invoices, parties, products, payments, photos) belongs to you. We only use it to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for the correctness of the data you enter and of the documents you issue, including GST rates, HSN/SAC codes, GSTIN of parties and tax returns. Accify is a tool — it does not give tax, legal or accounting advice. Please check with your Chartered Accountant where needed.
- You can export your data and download your invoices as PDF at any time while your account is active.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Accify for any unlawful purpose, including fake invoices or tax evasion;
- upload content that is illegal, offensive or that you have no right to use;
- try to access other users' accounts or data, or disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Service;
- resell or rent the Service without our written permission.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
7. Availability and support
We work hard to keep Accify available 24×7, but there may be short breaks for maintenance or for reasons outside our control (internet, hosting or power failures). Support is available by phone / WhatsApp at +91 9081975976 and by email at support@accify.in during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM IST).
8. Intellectual property
The Accify name, logo, software, design and content belong to V&B Technologies. Using the Service does not give you any ownership of them. Your own logo and data stay yours.
9. Ending your account
- You may stop using Accify at any time. To close your account and have your data deleted, write to support@accify.in.
- We may suspend or end your access if these Terms are broken, if payment is not made, or if required by law. Where possible we will give notice so you can export your data.
10. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, V&B Technologies is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. If you continue to use Accify after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
