This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions for Accify, provided by V&B Technologies. Please read it before you pay.
1. Free trial first
Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full features and no payment needed, so you can check Accify fully before you buy.
2. Subscription plans
- Plans are prepaid for the period shown (for example, one year) and are activated once payment is confirmed.
- Plans do not renew automatically. Before your plan ends we remind you, and you renew only if you want to.
3. Cancellation
- You can stop using Accify at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- To close your account, write to support@accify.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9081975976.
4. Refunds
- Within 7 days of your first payment: if Accify does not work for your business, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first plan payment and we will refund the full amount.
- Renewals and after 7 days: payments are not refundable once 7 days have passed, or for renewal payments, except where required by law.
- Double or failed payments: if you were charged twice, or money was debited but your plan was not activated, we refund the extra amount in full.
- Plan upgrades: when you move to a higher plan, the unused value of your current plan is adjusted against the new plan.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@accify.in or WhatsApp +91 9081975976 with:
- your registered mobile number or email,
- the payment date and amount,
- the payment / transaction ID (from your payment receipt).
6. Refund timeline
We reply to refund requests within 2 working days. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) and usually reach your account in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
